Our Ideology
We hold that our Nation has been blessed with remarkable
talent. However, our National performance is not at pace with those of
developed countries. Its biggest reason is our inefficient education system.
Hallmark Institute can do a great National service by introducing and
implementing Scientific Educational Approach to turn our big population into a
great man-power / work force.
We have four pronged policy viz.,

Education should be comprehensive.
Our Approach
We believe that every student is an intelligent and emotional being, being so, every student must have some likings and areas of interest. And, every subject has several aspects, which appeal different individuals differently. That may mean that every subject has aspects which can appeal almost every human. For example, a scientist, not interested in Politics, may like to know as to how and which scientific developments caused major political changes in the world. Such is the preferred entry point of a subject for a particular students making rest of the subject also interesting.
So we enjoy command over motivation of our students. It
surely means that we are virtually in a position to guarantee certain results
subject to students’ due availability in good state of health and emotions.
Our Strategy
‘Planning’ is the first step towards success. Unplanned
efforts bring unpredictable results, so we develop detailed study plans for our
students which are strictly followed. Every student has daily targets to
achieve. Thus the progress is quite visible and track-able. This clarity brings
further motivation in students to strive further.
Our Method
Here we have two terms; ‘teaching’ and ‘training’. Our own
definition of teaching is the delivery of certain knowledge with an objective
to convey it to the students. While, we define training as a process so
comprehensive that in it, a trainer delivers certain knowledge, elaborates it
with examples, demonstrates some examples and then supervises the demonstration
of its other examples by the students to ensure flawless reception of the
conceptual knowledge and its usage by the students.
So, we don’t teach, we train, using the most modern, natural,
systematic and successful techniques.
Current Operations
Currently, we are working in two important fields.
1-
English Language and its all types of Tests.
2-
Competitive Examinations – CSS.
Our Students
Being based at Faisalabad, we were previously unable to
serve students of other cities. However, now we have taken a historic step of
designing and organizing our ONLINE CLASSES both for CSS and the language tests
besides our regular classes at Faisalabad campus.
Online classes offer a great opportunity to students of the
whole Nation alike. More importantly, we conduct Online classes in Early
Morning, Late Night and on Weekends. So, students having full time jobs can
also avail of these classes comfortably.
The question of affectivity of these Online class must haunt
readers’ minds (so that a satisfying answer can be given). With the rich
presence of high speed connectivity implements and facilities, our Online
classes have impacts just alike those of our regular classes. Further, Online
classes also employ all the above mentioned features of Study Planning, Student Counselling, Training and behavioral approach.
Our student engaged through our Online classes are quite
satisfied and successful.
